I have a Farmall M that I just purchase. The tractor was recently restored and is in great shape. However, I went to spread some manure and the PTO quit. This worries me for the PTO never engaged right since I have owned the tractor. A large braker bar was needed to pull on the pto engagement rod to activate. Once activated it would stay on until now. Now the rod is pulled and all it does is make a grinding noise. Do you have any suggestions. Thanks Christopher K.
