240 UTE??

Hey guys, I got a line on a 240 utility.First, is there such a thing? I'm not familiar with numbered tractors, just too dang new for my stable of old crows. However, I've been looking for a small tractor that could take a SMALL loader, won't be doing much with it at all, and it's fairly inexpensive. I have not seen it, but was told it was mechanically sound but missing carb, hydraulic pump and distributor. How easy are the missing parts to find and what kind(if any) loader will it take?
