I live here in Central, NY and our winters usually last until April And usually our last frost around May 15th or so. I would say that the robins show up around mid to end of march and the starlings and bluebirds usually in April. But this year there was Robins here last week There was a male blue bird out singing for a mate this morning and two starlings trying to make a nest in a hole in a nest box thats way to small for them. They also said on the news that the deer and animals didn't fatten up this year in the fall like usual. Meaning they may know of a short lite winter. I admit it has been warmer than usual this year but this seems a little OD to me
