Looks normal to me and the ware is normal now chek the two input shafts more on the outside one then the inside one as the outside drives the PTO and hdy. pumps . If your going to change it replace with the same that is a standard 4 pad disc and with a standard pressure plate. and have the flywheel GROUND not turned on a lathe as lathe turning leave small groves and that will eat the disc faster . And lathe turning does not get ride of the hard spots and that is what makes the pad clutches more jumpy.
