Go to a frame shop and ask for help determining which Ford PU vintages will interchange. With that list, find a frame in a wrecking yard and swap them, or a front frame only clip if the rear is sound.
Wire brush the new frame (Or bead blast) and reinforce as needed if there are any iffy spots, then weld it and use ruberized undercoat to protect it for its remaining life. Dads are important.
