Ya don't have to pull the PTO ya got to take the brake apart and pull the bull pinion and it realy helps to pull the tire and wheel if ya don't have the I H splitting stand . But just pull the tire and wheel and also get a book it explains it and shows ya just how to hook the thing up so it comes off level. Watch your toes it's heavy.
