350"s came with a variety of options and configurations. They may have live PTO, PTO that is transmission drive (not live) or no PTO at all. The Torque Amplifier is an option as well. The disc brakes are not hard to repair. The steering box was the weak link on 350U"s especially if they a lot of front end loader usage and abuseage. I don"t know how hard it is to change the seal as mine has power steering and it is working fine. Hope this helps.
