Had a 77 oliver that we soaked for months could not get it to move. Found the cylinder with valves shut and hooked hydaurlic pressure thru the spark plug hole and it broke loose 15 yrs ago. That engine has never been apart and still runs every day at the weld shop with a fork lift on the back.
Worked for us.
