My old uncle called and asked me if I wanted his old 4 row Lister and 2 bottom plow along with an 11’ disc. I’m sure the Lister hasn’t been used for awhile but for his sake I’d like to get this cleaned up and use if for sweet corn this spring. I assume my Farmall M can use this equipment. Any pointers on reconditioning this old equipment. He also said he wanted to have a beer, my aunt won’t buy it for him and he probable just wants to get out and smell the country… I guess that’s worth a Lister, disc and plow….he knows I’ll plant an acre or two of sweet corn with all he can eat. I haven’t seen it but he said it was in all in good condition when it was parked 10 years ago (His words are trustworthy). He is blind now so we are going to go out and look at them before loading it, any specifics I should look at. Thanks in advance.
