I have built alot of Big Block Chevys, Use Permatex Ultra Black RVT Put a 1/4 inch bead on the block and use your finger and smooth a thin coat on the intake also be sure the surfaces are CLEAN! use brake cleaner on a rag I have never had one leak, Also dont run the engine for 24 hours, let the RVT to cure
