Here is one. Just take a bushing or 1 1/2 inch piece of pipe that a 3/4 inch threaded rod will go in. Then get some flat steel and make the head piece.
You need to make a slug. Just cutting and grinding a disk with a 3/4 inch hole in it may work. Having a lip on it that fits inside the sleeve to line it up works best. When I do my 400 I will take a new sleeve to a machinest and have him make it for me.
Threaded rod I found grade 2 stuff strips out on the hard ones. Find some grade 8 threaded rod if you can. Welder guy in town ordered me some. Speaking of the welding shop. I dug around his scrap pile and found this peice of steel pipe to use as a base.
