IH 240 Utility ??

I recently bought an IH 240U and have a couple of questions. The rear tires are 13.6 X 28 - should they be 24" rims? It is missing the hood emblems and it seems emblems are available for every other model but not the 240. Why is that? It seems to be a good tractor but I am confused by the limited amount of after market parts for this model.
