is the block still inthe frame? If you have that disk showed in the picture above,,, and you welded the sleeves,, you will need a helper,, and a BFH. Drive them out from the bottom, put a long piece of all thread with 2 nuts, one on each side of the plate,, then, have the helper hold the plate and rod in place, and tap the sleeves out from the bottom. Just be careful!! Dont hit the block, or your helping hands!! I betcha they would pop right out. One hit at a time,, watch to see if it moves,, Chad
