CNKS: It's ben my experience these don't wear the end of the shift levers or the forks as bad as the larger tractors. Then it's also been my experience even within the larger tractors, loader tractors wear these parts much faster than non loader tractors. This thinking is quite reasonable as a loader tractor probably has a 100 times the shifts of a non loader tractor. I know my 300 always had a loader and we rebuilt that shift lever every 5 years. My 560 never saw loader work until it was 14 years old, and it was only after that the shift lever needed rebuilding. One other thing I should have told Hurst about, once that transmission top cover is removed on SA, 100, 130 and 140, great care must be exercised getting the forks in right place as the top is put back.
