The reason the flywheel bolts had sealer on them is the hole in the crankshaft go clear through into the crankcase.Need some type of sealer or lock-tite on the bolts. The clutch shaft will move freely but there is a coupler on the end that goes into the sun gear on the TA. Suggest don"t pull on the shaft. Coupler might be loose on the clutch shaft. If it falls of you will have to take the top cover on the TA housing off to put the coupler back on
