Well, had the IH mechanic tear apart the auxiliary control valve yesterday evening. When he did we found that the oring on the actuator tube(on threaded end) had a small piece cut out of it(not completely broke). He checked to make sure the plug, oring and backup washer were seated good in the actuator and they were. Nothing else was found to be wrong except that one oring. I put back on tractor and ran for 10 minutes with no leak noticed. That happened last time too and lasted for 3 hr field work. All I have left is 3 or 4 hours field work so at least maybe I can get through that. A little something he told me that you all might want to know is that when you are unscrewing the actuator out of the spool, utilize screwdriver slot to remove actuator and sleeve holding detent balls as a unit and when you go back do reverse and do not overtighten (that is probably what I did). He did not remove the sleeve from actuator nor did he unscrew the adjusting plug from inside of actuator. He also only hand tightened the hex head cap and told me to only hand tighten sleeve into valve body.
