The SK262 IS aflat head piston 4" and the SK 267 is for a step head 4".
I am not seing a listing for a 3 and 7/8" piston or sleeve. I will look further or I can call the whare house in the morning and ask if you want me too. We are in central NY. I just dont have a dealer web sight they raised the price to 5,000 worth of parts a year to get one and I only did about 3,000 last year just a little dabble I guess.
