Actually,We were sorta in that position after we sold our house last fall.We got a price that I wouldn't have given for it and we bought a newer house that we put about 50% down on.With the money we had left over we were able to buy 3 adjacent lots and put up a 40 x60 building. I always felt I would like to go back to school and get a degree in something though.John.
