(1) Retirement fund -- at least part of it.
(2) Don't pay off the mortagage - tax deductions are important and getting harder to find.
(3) Figure out the seed money for an endowment for FFA or High School Shop tractor restoration projects. Maybe offer to buy a project tractor each year(or bankroll the parts)to get/keep the next generation in our hobby.
