They pay better here, but not that much better. This $240k house would be about $50k in North Dakota. In ND I would get about 2/3 my current salary and could buy a house for about 1/4 what it costs here. I could definitaly go for that, once the bills are paid off and we have money put away, I think it's time to go back to ND...
