As Gary said, applying the left brake while rolling and then the
right brake should release the diff lock. As long as there is
tension in the differential, it won"t pop back up. Don"t pry it up,
it is spring loaded and will come up when it is released. If it just
won"t come up, try jacking up one of the rear wheels and rocking
it back and forth. If it still doesn"t pop up, then you have a
problem.
Don"t know about the other lever- I"d have to know more about
it.
