Rough is not well defined, here is my list. Runs without blue smoke Starts with little fuss Pulls well in all gears and TA is strong (if equipped) Charges battery hydraulics and power steering sound and powerful enough to lift as designed. Tires good to go as is without weather cracks brakes operational and not just wishful thinking. Everything that does not work should be discounted to the cost/labor of repair. Do not buy a promise of it is easy to fix, get an estimate. Good luck. JimN
