I HAVE A 574 (ITHINK THE GRILLS ARE THE SAME). MY GRILL WAS BROKEN BUT I HAD ALL THE PIECES. I REMOVED THE GRILL FROM TRACTOR TURNED IT OVER AND USING METAL STRIPS (I USED AN OLD HALF INCH BAND SAW BLADE). STAND THE METAL STRIPS ON THEIR EDGE AND USING A HOT HELT GLUE GUN,LAY A LAYER OF HOT MELT THE LENGTH OF THE CAVITY IN BACK OF GRILL AND INSERT THE METAL STRIP AND LET IT COOL. DO THE SAME FOR ALL AREAS NEEDING REPAIRED. THEN REPEAT THE GLUE LAYERS LETTING IT COOL BETWEEN PASSES UNTIL THE CAVITY IS FULL AND THE METAL STRIP IS ENCASED IN THE HOT MELT. MAKES IT VERY STRONG. I DID MINE 15 YEARS AGO AND IT"S STILL A-1, AND NO THE HOT MELT WON"T MELT ON A HOT DAY..........ELDON FROM ONT.
