Overhaul kit should not be hard to find. Check with your local Case-IH dealer. As far as boring the block to accept sleeves, it can be done, but will be expensive. You'll need to talk to your machine shop about what sleeves and pistons to use. I'd suggest looking into C-263 or C-291 pistons/sleeves, as your C-200 is based on the C-221/C-263/C-291/C-301 six-cylinder family. It's the four-cylinder version of the C-301, which was also sleevless. Pistons from these engines will pin right to your connecting rods. Using sleeves from one of those engines should keep the amount your block needs to be bored to a minimum, but the result will be a smaller bore than a factory C-200. If you're going for a sleeve that will accept a standard C-200 piston, you'll probably have to have it custom-made.
