Yor pic came thru a little dark, so I couldn't see much detail, but it looks like my Sears loader. It came on my '47 M when I got it about 20 years ago. There was a name plate on it at that time, so I know it was a Sears, but I couldn't read the model # and the plate is gone now. The back of the arms fit into a bracket bolted to the rear axles, and the rear of the cables are fastened to side plates bolted to the frame. The orginal bucket was gone, so I adapted a bucket from a box scraper. Hope this helps.
