It's still a deal with the T/A out and a bad engine if the rest is sound . stop and think about it rebuid engine 15-1700 and a new clutch and T/A with new pump and gskt.kit and new MCV spring kit 1200 more and ya got a good horse that will last for many years and has all the modren conviences and will start in all weather and has enough weight to do whatever ya want and never hurt it. but still small enough that it can make a fine loader tractor. so how much is to much and 10 years down the road it is going to be worthe the same as ya got in it . and ya know what ya got . Look at all the guys that sink 3-4 grand in a M-450 and ya got half the tractor .
