Coldest I have experienced was -50 actual temp in Dawson City Yukon, Christmas '83. I lived in the Canadian arctic for a while. I had a 4x4 Bronco, 2 block heaters, oil pan heater, battery blanket. I would start it up, put the transfer case in neutrel and let it warm up. If you shut the truck off, u were good for an hour or 2, then it would be real hard to get started without plugging it in.........
