What would you like to know about it? You already correctly guessed that it was manufactured by French & Hecht. They manufactured lots of aftermarket wheels for all sorts of brands. These wheels were probably somewhat heavier that the stock F-20 wheels. That may have been their attraction. I had a pair of these on an F-30 years ago. They are not real common, but I would not call them rare.
