Collectors don't buy them to use as you do, so to the collector a 400 is not a better tractor, it is a "run of the mill" tractor that is worth far less to him than an MTA. Collectors have different perspectives than actual users. An extreme example is a Rumley Oil Pull, worthless to actually use in modern times, except for a demonstration, but very valuable otherwise. The MTA may be in that class someday. It is a unique tractor, in that it pioneered the IH IPTO and TA, and although the production numbers do not class it as rare, it was only made for one year.
