I appreciate the input from everyone. The grass probable is greener on the otherside but I do need to consider this. I really don't have much of a chance to move up where I'm at unless I move. Otherwise I am stuck for the next 10 years.

Overwelming calls to stay in Nebraska, and it is a good life and the rat race can be kept at an arms length.

Basically, if I'm hearing the sentimentality correct .... increased salary does not mean an increase in the quality of a life. I guess I will give it thought over the weekend.
