Are these plows any good? Keep in mind that any brand or color you find will be 50 to 60 years old. They were all good plows in their day. Finding parts for any of them today can be somewhat difficult, but if you stick with a John Deere or IH built plow, finding parts should not be too difficult, simply because there were so many of them built. The price he is asking is not out of line if the plow is complete and functional. If it hasn't been used in quite some time you are going to have some tinkering to do. If you are happy with the price and condition, go for it. It will be as good as any.
