I will agree about the color of the farm store paint. Most repainted tractors I have seen for sale around here are, IMO, too dark. I made a big effort to match PPG's acrylic urethane to Case IH 2150 and came to the conclusion that 2150 and PPG 71310 are almost identical in color. I originally thought that PPG's was too orange. But, I do not know what the "for sale" tractors were painted with, I'm sure it wasn't 2150. I wish I could remember what the older Farmalls looked like new. I am beginning to think the dark red that people remember on the older tractors is a myth.
