SMTA Wide Front Installation

I just picked up a wide front for my SMTA. I appear not to have the correct ball socket that goes onto the rear cradle. The one I have is a 4 bolt and the cradle is a three bolt. The parts book shows only three bolt ball sockets. Are these hard to find or does anyone reproduce them? Also, when installing the front end, is there a measurement on where to put the rear carrier on the frame or do you just bolt up everything and then drill the frame rails? Thanks!!
