Sounds like a clear cut case if lack of use just like the one on my S/MTA and mine can stay that way i already have one scar from hand cranking and engine the guy that or guys before you must have kept a good battery and starter in it . About the first time one of them old girls kicks back on ya and beats ya half to death with the crank you will do like i did with the crank . BTW if anybody needs a crank for and OC 3 Oliver it is in the back lake at my uncles old farm about 30 feet down you are more then welcome to it but i would like to have my hide back.
