I need help on a tractor decision? I have a 2775 Massey spotted at a dealer,79 model,w/4,700 hrs on it, Need,s cleaned up, But then I like the 1466 IH,s too,and It seems, like they would be far easier to deal with, I looked at one at a dealer,he wanted 60000 for it, I loved the sound of that turbo diesel in this thing, Raspy, but smooth too, wowsie! Would I be better off getting a 1466 than that massey V8? It seem,s so, The mechanic at the dealer where the Massey is said when they changed the oil, little bit,s of metal came out of the sump, this makes me kinda leary about that tractor, If I got it, and down the road it might have problem,s, Boy,oh Boy, I dont want that,No Way! Any Help will be Welcome, Kirk C,
