I would check those sleeves too. They have been known to leak when they get a lot of age on them.
They get like an old shoe left out in the weather.
Set a tub under the engine with the oil pan removed overnight to see if there's any leakage.
You can shine a light up on the sleeves to see if there's any antifreeze in that area.

If there is antifreeze present the engine would need to be torn down to remove those sleeves. Hal
