Yes,I have heard about this"nais" that our USDA has set.All I can say is,you had better read up on this new program.It is suppose to be because of the disease scare in the cows and chickens.In theory,it sounds good and necessary.BUT,are you ready for the government to tell you where you can or can't take your animals?? Are you ready to call some authoritative person you are taking your horse off your own property to a show or the vet ???The whole thing is another way for the government to controll the small farmers.Wish I could find my papers on this to tell you more but I can't find it for now.READ about this program and not sit idle.

Product Review: Lead Substitutes - by Mike Schordine. Lead was oriinally added to gasoline as an upper cylinder lubricant. It lubes the valves and seats. If you rebuild the motor, you could use hardened seats and valves, and unleaded fuel. But if your old tractor runs good, a simple lead substitute added to the gas is a perfectly reasonable solution.
