Bi0deisel has been too expensive to produce since not much was produced. I used it in my sail boat and it cost me 3. bucks a gallon in 1995. Biodiesel is now being made from almost any organic souce including chicken and turkey innards, pig and other animal fat etc. In west Texas there is a large truck stop that has built it's own refinerey(Willie Nelson is an investor). If we all use what we can it will go down in price and even if it only replaces 15% of our usage that is significant not only in imports but a cleaner environment(far less emissions).
