Power Steering on a 404 was an option, not standard. Rare on a Farmall NF, more common on a Farmall with factory WF. The International Utility versions had the most PS units as alot of these were loader tractors. I think the PS was "stock" on a 2404 Industrial which is just a 404 Utility with heavier duty wide front axle. Hydraulics on all 404's were "live" as the hydraulic pump was engine cam driven.
