Glo plugs can be checked easily by pulling the spade lug from the top of the glo plug & using an ohm meter on the x1 scale with the leads between a good ground & the exposed glo plug terminal. The reading should be checked on each glo plug & should be near the same value on all plugs.If any plug reads infinity or 0 ohms, it needs replaced. We never had a heater on our 560, & it always started in -10 degree weather. Any colder & heat would help.
