Although quite similar, the 300 utility and the 350 utility have several differences. The 300 uses a 169 cubic inch engine, the 350 uses a 175. The clutch linkages are different, the fast hitch is different. The 350 was available in a hi-utility with 38" rubber on the back, the 300 was not. There are probably other differences that I am not remembering at the moment. Sounds like you have a good deal going there. The part of the tractor most likely to give problems is the steering. If that's good and the torque amplifier, presuming it is so equipped, is good, you have a good find. Enjoy it.
