Update on the hunt

I took a look at that Farmall with the mounted potato harvester on it. The harvester isn't IH, but it was mounted pretty well. The tractor is a Farmall M, narrow front, serial # indicates 1947. Looks pretty good, should run. Tin is very straight, repaint is very good, but wheels and engine haven't been repainted. Tires are cracked, but not too bad. Missing drawbar assembly, but that's minor. I'll have to find out if it's going to an auction, or if the bank will sell it privately. What do you guys think? Would this be a good unit to convert me from green to red? Specter
