Basically, yes to almost all of your questions. The 350 had some minor improvements, both internal and external, but it is pretty much the same tractor, just with more horsepower. Block's the same externally. All they did was punch the holes out for a 175 cubic inch displacement, up from the 169 cubes that the 300 had. Fast hitch design is completely different, if your tractor has one. That's the most signifigant difference between the two. Other things, like the original color of the instrument panel, the addition of a separate starter button, tachometers were more common, power steering came from the factory on some, 12V electrical was more common and I think it was even negative ground... But, as far as bolting major assemblies together from the two... No problem. It all fits together.
