BTDT Also never ware slip on boots while welding i was welding overhead and my pants made a ledges over the top of my boots well one big cherry red gubber fell down on my pants burt thru and fell down into the boot and burnt thru my sock and into the side of my heel and other time i was welding under a trailer in the winter with carharts on and hot pice of slag got into the linning of the carharts and started a small fire could not figure why i was getting warm good thing i had a wool shirt on got my vest and a bunch of linning .
