Late 1952 Farmall H S/N FBH 389442 X1 The question is this: I know the Super H with live hydraulics has a beefier gear under the front cover to handle the load of the hydraulic pump. Does anyone know of a S/N break where this was added to the H? I've heard before in this forum, that some of the later H's had this heavier gear despite not having live hydraulics. I want to add live hydraulics to my tractor and just want to have an idea of what I will need for success on the first attempt. Also, what if any, changes are required for the ignition system (i.e. distributor mounting). It currently has the factory horizontal mounted distributor. Thanks in advance for the help guys!
