There are three specific things that can be at issue. The track clutch could be stuck in the released position, the pinion and bull gear could have broken parts or bearings out locking the shafts, or the sprocket and bearings on the outside of the final drive could be hanging up.
When you say don't go it is difficult to know whether it is jammed and kills the engine when the track clutch is moved forward, or is it free, (no killing the engine,but not able to drive) or is it just idle, and not under power when it should be??
