Ken, you and Nat may be right, I never thought of it as a scam--just thought the "statute of limitations" was running out. I don't know if we can expect Navistar to do this forever. And, I had never heard of "International Truck and Engine". I got this off the RPM site, will look and see what the the people on the board there say. Since you have access to more info than the rest of us, can you check and see if this is legit? I had no intention of opening a can of worms or spam!
