See Ken's reply below and my response to it -- It may be legit, but I should have kept my typing fingers quiet -- Ken's response on the RPM site says that Navistar will continue this program until all serial numbers of the affected tractors are taken care of. I will say that if this is a scam it is the first one I ever thought was true. CNKS
