Hey Doc,
What the scam is . People are sending in serial #s to the gas cap deal for tractors they dont own and then they get the caps in the mail and they turn around and sell them on ebay for $20. to $30.00 a piece And as far as I know there is no limit to how many you can get.
Last year someone from the cub board sent in there request and the received a message back saying that that serial # had already been used and could not get there caps.
