When I hopped off the tractor and left it in neutral, I thought that it was left partiallly in gear but shifting through all the gears and back to neutral each time did not make the clunking sound go away. It is more of a heavy clunking sound, the sound is a slow clunk that seems to come with each revolution of the driveshaft and not like gears grinding. I'll take a chance and drive it some tomorrow to see how it sounds in all the gears.
